Dear valued customer;
- All purchases will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $50 per rug, Australia wide.
- Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address as we can not ship to a PO BOX
All items will be dispatched within 3 business days from the day of payment.
However shipping times may vary according to your area code adding up to 14 business days for rural and remote areas.
- Please be mindful while we do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible often certain events may cause a delay in shipments.
- Things like Christmas Holidays, Peak seasons, Weekends, Public holidays, Natural disasters, Snap Lockdowns, Protests can have a direct impact on shipping time.
